WHAT YOU’LL LEARN…

Las Vegas Bartenders Professional Bartending School offers an exclusive training program focusing primarily on speed and efficiency in serving customers.

However, our training is not just about pouring drinks! We also teach our students how to cut costs, increase profits, avoid legal problems and give excellent customer service.

We teach “responsible & legal alcohol service” which means our bartenders know how to protect an employer’s liquor license and reduce accidents caused by intoxicated patrons.

We teach our bartenders how to work efficiently and smoothly with each staff member; how to effectively work with a barback; how to best serve a cocktail server; working with pit bosses & restaurant managers; serving staff & customers in gaming vs. non-gaming areas of casino, etc. Our bartenders know their product. With the development of modern liquors, liqueurs, wines and beers, the art of bartending has reached an advanced and complicated level. Hundreds of drinks have evolved – the professional bartender must be familiar with a great number of popular drinks that are commonly ordered. Our bartenders are taught the short cuts in remembering them.

Our training is comprehensive and thorough. Our classes are designed to provide you with some very important bartending skills – critical skills that you’ll need to know – presented in a way that’s easy to learn & apply. We make the complex simple. Then, and perhaps most importantly, we’ll talk about how to get that job! What else matters if you can’t get the job? Many bartenders – unbelievably talented bartenders aren’t working where they want to be simply because they don’t know how to get the job. We’ll show you exactly how.

At the completion of the course work, all students are required to pass a difficult exam. Instructors give whatever attention is needed to each student until we are confident the student will pass. It pleases us to know that the majority of our bartenders achieve optimum levels of performance and accomplishment during this training.
